Online Police Clearance

Before Applying Online, Please Note;

The general public can now apply online through the Police Clearance Management System but not all online application will be processed as yet. ONLY SELECTED Stakeholders applications will be processed as Police officers are undergoing training and testing.

Steps to Apply Online

1. Sign Up and Login to the Government portal to access the Police Clearance Service.

2. In the Goverment Portal, Click on the Police Clearance Service and sign in using the same credentials created above.

3. Fill out the application form.

4. Make payment for police clearance.

5. Enter your receipt number.

(Note that the receipt number must be from the Finance E-Pay (BSP Pay) service and not from EFTPOS. IF you pay on EFTPOS, do fill out the application form manually and lodge your application)

6. Go to your nearest Police Station for Fingerprint collection & Receipt Number Verification.

 (Currently restricted to selected Stakeholders)

7. You will be notified through SMS/Email on the progress of your application

8. Once approved, you will receive your Police Clearance Certificate through your email.
