About the Program
The Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary (RPNGC) is establishing a pool of highly experienced police officers from Commonwealth jurisdictions to serve as Executive Directors, under the direction of the Commissioner of Police and in partnership with the Australian Government.
Successful applicants will be engaged at the rank of Chief Superintendent as non-ongoing contract officers within the Regular Branch of the RPNGC.

Eligibility Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Criminology or related field
✔ Minimum 10 years law enforcement experience
✔ Minimum 5 years leadership experience
✔ Strong leadership and management capability
✔ Knowledge of modern policing practices
✔ High integrity and professionalism
✔ Knowledge of policing legislation & governance
✔ Citizenship of a Commonwealth nation
