  • Eligibility: Only candidates whose names appear on the published shortlist are eligible to attend. If your name is not listed, your application was unsuccessful. Ineligible candidates will not be permitted to attend.
  • Attendance: Candidates must report to their assigned venue on the scheduled date and time. You must know your Applicant Number for verification.
  • Dress Code: All candidates are required to attend in strict formal attire
  • Shortlisted applicants from Central Province are formally advised to attend the Selection Centre designated for their current district of residence, as outlined below:
    Goilala, Kairuku, and Hiri-Koiari Districts: 
    Please report to the National Centre of Excellence Gymnasium in Bomana.

Abau and Rigo Districts: 
Please report to Nanni’s Guest House – Conference room at Kwikila.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS

Requirements for Screening Appointment:  Applicants are required to present the following original documents at the time of screening:

  • National Identification (NID) Card and Original Birth Certificate.
  • Original Grade 10 and 12 School Certificates. (In cases where certificates are lost, the original Statement of Results must be provided. Applicants who obtained low grades in English and Mathematics are required to submit an official upgrade transcript.)
    Note: Only original transcripts from Government-recognized University Centers or FODE are accepted for upgraded results.

Requirements for Interview:

  • Original Grade 10 & 12 School Certificates, Upgrade Transcripts and/ Statement of Results.
  • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  • NID and Birth Certificate.
  • Three (3) recent passport-size photographs (taken within the last 3 months).
  • Details for three (3) contactable referees (unreachable referees will result in disqualification).
  • Two (2) Reference Letters (e.g., from employers, pastors, or magistrates).

*Failure to provide any of the above required documents will result in immediate disqualification from the process.

SELECTION PROCESS OVERVIEW

  • Testing:  Successful screened candidates will be advised of their testing schedule.
  • Interview: Candidates progressing to the interview stage will be required to meet their own Police Clearance Cost (K65)
  • Medical & Fitness: Candidates passing the interview will undergo comprehensive Tier 1 Medical Checks and a physical fitness test.
  • Background Check: Final selection process will be a Character Reference Check for those who pass the fitness test.
